Reichhold aims to be a global leader in its chosen sector of the industry through excellence in customer service and product quality. This not only applies to the technical features of our products but embraces everyone in the Company in terms of the efficiency and professionalism in the way we conduct our day to day roles.

To satisfy our existing customers, attract new business and enter new markets, we continue to strive for the highest level of quality in all aspects of the business. This includes internal as well as external customers. To drive activities in this area, we have programs of continual improvement in place across all areas of our business. Progress against key performance indicators is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure our objectives are achieved.

To meet this aim we have quality management systems which are based on compliance with the ISO 9001:2008/ ISO 9001:2015 standards.
